1 kg goat intestines & tripe

1 tablespoon Peppersoup spices



1 teaspoon Onion powder

Bay leaves for Scent

Blended Dry pepper



  1. Wash the intestines and put in a pot
  2. Then add seasoning and salt and cook until almost tender
  3. Then add blended pepper, peppersoup spices, onion powder
  4. Allow to boil for 3 minutes then sprinkle in the sliced scent leaves
  5. Cover to cook for 2 minutes and turn off heat
